John Zapfel

John has over thirty-one years of experience in the natural health industry.  He has a broad knowledge of the retail and distribution channels for this industry.  He worked at the retail level, managing health food stores / Natural Food Markets both large and small for 20 years, most recently with the Whole Foods Market chain.  John is a nutritionist specializing in metabolic balancing of body chemistry using the Kelley program.

John’s current position is C.E.O. of Nature’s Sources L.L.C. located in Morton Grove IL.  Nature’s     Sources     is the manufacturer of a plant source digestive enzyme called AbsorbAidÒ.  Nature’s Sources also distributes from New Zealand, KolorexÒ, which is a high-end line of anti-fungal products.

James Walton

Mr. Walton has over 20 years experience in the dietary supplement industry including founding three corporations in our industry.  Additionally Mr. Walton has served on the board of directors of the National Nutritional Foods Association and served in Presidential and Executive Vice President positions with numerous natural products companies, including Jason Natural Products, The Dannon Group, (Evian Water, Dannon Water, Dannon yogurt) North American Herb and Spice and Earth Science.

Mr. Walton possesses an intimate knowledge of all aspects involved in bringing products to market from the incubator to final consumer sales.  Mr. Walton achieved industry recognition for his innovative formulas, products and marketing talents while running North American Herb & Spice. The company was one of the fastest growing in the Natural Products arena for 2 years in a row.
