You must have a Natures Sources-RMA number for any return. You may obtain a number by calling our Customer Support Hotline 800-827-7656. Any product purchased through Natures Sources and found to be defective within 30 days of the purchase date may be returned with a authorized Natures Sources-RMA. If the product is found to be defective, a credit will be issued or a replacement product will be supplied to the customer. For products returned with a authorized Natures Sources-RMA but NOT found to be defective, a 15% restocking charge will be charged to the customer. Their account will be credited or payment returned less the restocking charge to the customer. |
