Natures Sources is the sole
owner of any information collected in connection with our Online Web
Services. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others,
except under limited circumstances, as described in this Privacy
Statement. Customers of our Online Web Services are always notified when
their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so
our customers can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should
proceed with services that require an outside party. We collect
information from our customers at several different points on our Online

2. REGISTRATION
In order to use the Online Web Services, a customer must first complete a
registration form. During registration customers are required to give
their contact information (for example, name, address, telephone number,
billing information (such as a credit card number). This information is
used to fulfill the customer's order and to manage each customer's account
(such as for billing purposes). If we have trouble processing an order,
this information is used to contact the customer. This information also
may be used to contact customers about other services provided by Natures
Sources in which they have expressed interest. Customers are not required
to provide demographic information (for example, interests and gender),
but doing so enables Natures Sources to provide a more personalized
experience to each customer.
3. SURVEYS & PROMOTIONS
From time-to-time we may ask customers to provide information via surveys
or promotions. Participation in these surveys or promotions is completely
voluntary. The customer, therefore, may choose whether or not to disclose
this information. Requested information may include contact information
(for example, name and address) and demographic and personal information
(for example, zip code and age). Contact information will be used to
notify winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for
purposes of monitoring our Online Web Services or improving the
satisfaction of Natures Sources customers.
4. COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of data that is sent to a customer's browser, stored
on the customer's hard drive and contains information about the customer,
when the customer visits certain Web sites. Natures Sources may used
cookies to identify, collect, store, and sometimes track customer
interests and other information for statistical purposes in order to
improve the products and services we provide, to enhance and simplify the
customer Internet experience, and to manage our telecommunications
networks. We also may use them to provide customizable and personalized
services. However, our cookies are not linked in any way to any personally
identifiable information and do not enable third parties to access any of
your customer information. If a customer chooses to reject our cookies, he
or she may not be able to use our Online Web Services. Please note that
some of our business partners may use cookies on our Online Web Services
(for example, advertisers); however, we have neither access to nor control
over their cookies. Please be aware that if you visit non- Natures Sources
Web sites where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable, you

5. DEMOGRAPHIC & PROFILE
DATA
Demographic and profile data also may be collected at our Online Web
Services. We use this data to tailor our customers' experience by
providing them with links to Web sites and other services that we think
they may be interested in according to their preferences, as well as to
notify them of future offerings as they become available.
6. SHOPPING ONLINE WEB
SERVICES [IF APPLICABLE] If an electronic wallet is provided as part of
the Online Web Services, customers may add, modify and delete their credit
card information in their electronic wallets to enable them to more easily
and efficiently order products from online stores. The information will
reside on our secure server and will be protected through advanced
encryption techniques comparable to those used in Internet-based home
banking services provided by financial institutions. If an online address
book is provided as part of the Online Web Services, customers may add,
modify and delete names and addresses in our online address book, so that
they can have the products they purchase online easily shipped to people
other than themselves. We also create order records - much like receipts -
whenever customers complete a transaction using the service. With customer
consent, we will store transactions and shopping preference information
based on shopping behavior. This information will never be shared or sold
to another party, unless a customer instructs us or gives us permission to
do so.
7. LOG FILES
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Online Web Services,
track movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
IP addresses are not permanently linked to personally identifiable
information.
8. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Customer contact information, such as name and email address, may be used
to deliver announcements. Customers can opt out of the announcement
delivery service during the registration process or at anytime thereafter.
9. TELL-A-FRIEND
A referral option may be offered as part of certain services. If a
customer elects to use our referral service to tell friends about our
Online Web Services, the customer will be asked to provide the names and
email addresses of his or her friends. Each friend will be sent a one-time
email inviting him or her to subscribe to Natures Sources Online Web
Services. At any time thereafter, they can request the removal of their
names and email addresses from Natures Sources database. In any event,
Natures Sources will only use this information for the sole purpose of
sending a one-time email invitation.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Online Web Services.
We strongly suggest that parents carefully supervise any online activities
of children below that age and caution children against sending personal
information to anyone online.
11. SHARING
Natures Sources may, from time-to-time, share aggregated demographic
information about our customers with our partners and advertisers. This
information does not include and will not be linked to any personally
identifiable information. We may also gather statistics about the usage of
various aspects of our services to help us determine what types of
additional services to offer our customers, to otherwise change or enhance
the services, or for other internal administrative purposes. If we use an
outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing
company to bill customers for goods and services, we will provide these
companies with the information that they need to process customer orders;
however, these companies do not retain, store, share, or use personally
identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We may partner with
reputable third parties to provide specific services to our customers.
When a customer signs up for these services, we will provide these third
parties with the customer's name or any other contact information that is
necessary for the third party to provide these services. These third
parties will not be allowed to use our customers' personally identifiable
information except for the purpose of providing the requested services. We
will disclose personal information about customers in response to (a)
requests from local, state or federal law enforcement officials, or (b)
any judicial, administrative or similar proceeding or order, such as a
subpoena, or (c) if required by law. We may also disclose personal

terms of any user agreement.

If we provide links to other Web sites in connection with the Online Web
Services, please be aware that Natures Sources is not responsible for the
privacy practices of other Web sites. We encourage our customers to
exercise caution when they leave our Online Web Services and to read the
privacy statements of every Web site that they visit. This privacy
statement applies solely to information collected by Natures Sources.
13. SECURITY
Natures Sources takes reasonable precautions to protect its customers'
information. When customers submit sensitive information to us in
connection with the Online Web Services, the information is protected both
online and off-line. When customers enter sensitive information (such as
credit card numbers) on our registration/order form, that information is
encrypted and is protected with the industry's leading encryption software
- SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on
the bottom of Web browsers, such as Netscape Navigator TM and Microsoft
Internet Explorer TM, becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open,

sensitive information that we receive online, we also are careful to
protect customer information off-line. Access to all of our customers'
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is
restricted in our offices. Only employees who need such information to

service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable
information. Furthermore, the servers that store personally identifiable
information are kept in a physically secure environment, inside a locked
cage. Although we strive to protect your personal information once we
receive it, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

14. SUPPLEMENTATION OF
INFORMATION
To enhance our ability to tailor the Online Web Services to an
individual's preferences, we may combine information about the purchasing
and Internet surfing habits of customers with similar information from our
partners to create a personalized customer profile. When a customer makes
a purchase from one of our partner companies or visits a partner Web site,
the company collects and shares that information with us so we can tailor
the Natures Sources Web site and Online Web Services to our customers'
preferences.
15. SPECIAL OFFERS
We may send new customers an email to welcome them to our Online Web
Services or to confirm their registration. Established customers may
occasionally receive an announcement and new or updated information on
products, services and special offers. However, we respect the privacy of
our customers, and therefore they may choose at any time not to receive
any of these types of communications.
16. ONLINE WEB SERVICES
UPDATES
We may communicate with customers to provide requested services and
regarding issues relating to their account via email. We may also send
service announcement updates to our customers. Because of the important
nature of these announcements, customers will not be able to un-subscribe
from service announcements that contain important information about the
Online Web Services.
17. CORRECTION/UPDATING
PERSONAL INFORMATION
If a customer wishes to view, correct or update their personally
identifiable information, or if a customer no longer desires our Online
Web Services, we will correct, update or remove that customer's personal
data provided to us. This can be done at the account information page at
www.naturessource.com/privacy. To protect customer privacy and security,
we will take reasonable steps to verify a customer's identity before
granting access to, updating or correcting any customer information.
18. CHOICE/OPT-OUT
During registration, customers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of
having their information used for purposes not directly related to the
provision of Natures Sources Web Services. Customers who no longer wish to
receive announcement or promotional materials from our partners may
opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to any such
communication and typing unsubscribe in the subject line or sending an
email to unsubcribe@dd-ss.com.
19. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will notify customers on our
homepage so they are always aware of what information we collect, how we
use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any
point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify
customers by way of an email. Customers will have a choice as to whether
